I am a fearless indoorsman, knowledgeable in tech-culture and video game history. With this in my DNA, I set out to build an immersive lab on campus at UT Austin. After 3 years and with the membership of over 100 students and faculty, I then worked on developing a curriculum to compliment this growing field. Texas Immersive is now an established graduate and undergraduate specialization at the Moody College of Communication. This is some of what I have done along the way.
